i am running the chino hills 50k race on november 19th.
after bulldog 50k, i gave myself a week off and then resumed training on september 5th.
monday: 6 miles
tuesday: 2.1 miles and kickball
wednesday: crossfit and 4.9 miles
friday: 2.5 miles (pyramid sprints)
saturday: 10.4 mile hike to grays peak and torreys peak
sunday: 2.1 miles
mileage goal: 28 miles
weekly total: 28.1 miles
1 crossfit class
week one and i hit my mileage goal. i’m not certain it will happen every week but it’s a good way to start.
