monday – otf with rachael (3.9 miles)
tuesday – otf (1.9 miles) and a cider & cheese pairing event at night
wednesday – november project (1.3 miles) (in the snow) and kickball
thursday – otf with savanah (2.4 miles)
friday – otf (1.6 miles) and a du hockey game with kerry
saturday – skiing (my 2nd time ever) in loveland
sunday – 4 miles
weekly goal – 36 miles
total – 15.3 miles
i ran less than half of my mileage goal this week. no bueno. but i did incorporate a lot of strength training into my weekly workouts (about 40 min of rowing and strength training per otf, that’s 2.6 hours of strength training).
the colorado snow is making long runs out here a bit difficult, but i’m working to find a way to schedule them (either looooong treadmill runs or races or trail runs around noon on weekends).
