oof, i am a few days behind.
monday: 3 miles after work
tuesday: 4 miles, hill workouts with the training group
thursday: 3.1 mile cupcake run (the best kind of run)
friday: kickball league semifinal/championship, we won!!
saturday: 14 miles in the morning, 3.1 miles at the color run
sunday: rest, flew to denver
total: 27.2 miles
i am happy that i got 17 miles in on saturday, but my knee killed me for the 5k at night. i have been icing like crazy, and hopefully i’ll get 20+ in for my long run this week.
tomorrow, the marathon will be a month away. at this point, i think i am more nervous than excited. if i can successfully get a couple 20+ mile runs (i’ll even take just one), i think i will be a bit more confident. and if i can’t, oh well.

– i already signed up for the 2016 LA marathon. so that’s happening again.
did i mention my kickball team won on friday? i am still really excited about that. go moist.
