there are 20 days until the marathon. that’s it! i can’t believe it is so soon.
this week i took it very easy due to my knee pain from last week. i only ran on saturday, and that was 14 miles (instead of the planned 22 miles). it was disappointing not to be able to attempt the long 22 mile run, but i am glad i was able to get through 14 miles (mostly) pain free.
