my mileage was light this week, mostly because i had a cough that made me look like this.
monday: hockey (cross train), we won 3-2! it was our first win all season.
tuesday: no run (cough)
wednesday: no run (cough)
thursday: 4 miles with #teamsuckit
friday: 4 miles around the rose bowl before kickball
saturday: 1.71 miles
sunday: 6 miles (4 miles in the morning, 2 miles at night)
total miles: 15.71 miles
currently listening to: spotify playlists (i am currently doing a 60 day free trial through madewell). i tried the “spotify running” feature (where it matches your running tempo to the music) and ran with “chase music” for 20 minutes until it felt repetitive. i’ve also enjoyed the “fun workout” and the “all out 90’s” playlists.
