holy cow, only 9 weeks left of training left. and only 5 long runs by myself (the last two will be with my half marathon training group, when they hit 11 and 12 miles).
monday: 3.28 miles with the pitfire running club
tuesday: 3.1 miles for half marathon training (timed, i got 29:30 at talking pace)
wednesday: 3 mile fartlek
thursday: yoga (90 minutes, level 2)
friday: 4 miles before work, kickball double header after
saturday: girls kickball tournament
sunday: 15 miles with e in santa monica
total mileage: 28.38
notes from this week:
1. this running watch is amazing.
2. i am so happy i bought these shorts. they are lightweight and the perfect length.
3. my runner’s knee (it band) is bugging me this week. i hope it will heal before 16 miles this saturday.
