the marathon is less than two weeks away. ho. ly. cow.
monday: orangetheory fitness class in the morning, 3.3 mile run at night with pitfire
tuesday: orangetheory fitness class after work
wednesday: hockey (we lost 5-1)
thursday: rest day (i did a hipcooks “winter cocktail party” class)
friday: orangetheory fitness before work
saturday: 12.5 miles before cheering on runners at the bandit trail race
sunday: bouldering and a walk on the beach
total: 15.8 miles
my mileage is still much lower than i would like. but i didn’t realize until right now that i went to three orangetheory classes (i even checked my post-class results emails to verify). while this isn’t a perfect substitute for running, i usually do around 3 miles per class (bringing my weekly mileage this week up to 24.8, more on target).
i’m doing 1 more of these classes this week and then holding off until the marathon.
my birthday is friday. my parents come tuesday. the marathon is the next sunday. oofda.
