as of yesterday, the marathon is 1 month away. eek!
monday: rest (and my parents arrived in LA)
tuesday: hockey (we lost in a shoot out)
wednesday: “wicked” with my parents
thursday: ran 1.5 miles to loosen up
friday: rest (and in bed by 9 pm)
saturday: 15.5 miles (i was supposed to run 20 miles but due to knee issues i had to cut the run short)(it was also very hot which didn’t help)
sunday: flag football (i scored 3 touchdowns!) and softball
total miles: 18
i will write a separate post about my knee issues (and road blocks while training in general).
