technically this is week three, but i feel like i am still in recovery mode from the three races in october.
monday: kickball (scrimmage and then we won our game)
tuesday: no run, no trivia. just sleep.
wednesday: hockey (we lost)
thursday: my first orangetheory fitness class (6 points)
friday: kickball (we won, and i had a double play at catcher!)
saturday: halloween! 10 mile run
sunday: rest, and nightmare before christmas at the hollywood bowl
total: 10 miles
well that’s pretty pathetic.
