monday: division 2 hockey game (we lost 7-3)
tuesday: ran 4 miles after work with the fleet feet burbank marathon training program
wednesday: physical therapy for my ankle, no run
thursday: ran 3 miles before work, ran 2 miles after work, and played division 4 hockey (we won 8-0)
friday: rest day
saturday: ran 6 miles with the marathon training program group
sunday: ran 6 miles
total mileage: 21 miles
i didn’t hit the 25 miles i was assigned for the training program. i am still easing in with my ankle (i sprained it in september).
currently listening to: serial, the npr podcast. it’s great for running, it’s like watching a crime tv show.
